Is it possible for a usually classic event like a wedding to go hand in hand with a more fun, costume-themed event? Look no further than Meredith and Jame’s personalized Star-Wars themed wedding, which took place on Halloween and abounded with costumes and references to the film series that this couple loves so much. Crest Theater was the most fitting location for these true Star-Wars movie fans – and their names and wedding date were even on displayed on the venue’s outdoor marquee for the entire day! (Not to mention on all the posters and even beverages!) Some of the most charming details of the event included the couple’s costumes (Princess Leia and Han Solo), personalized director’s chairs, Jones sodas with customized labels, and a nostalgic film real cake featuring photos from their engagement. This post would be incomplete without a tidbit about their first dance, which was literally their very first dance ever as a couple! Normally James isn’t a huge fan of dancing, but still went as far as to surprise Meredith with a dance during their reception – truly a moment that will be retold and remembered with delight into the future!
